When you fill out a form (booking, private workshop, custom order or contact), we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your request.

If you accept cookies, anonymized browsing data is collected by our audience-measurement and advertising tools (Google and Meta).

How we use it

Your information is used only to answer your request, organize your workshop or order and communicate with you about it. We never sell it.

Browsing data, only with your consent, is used to measure site traffic and the performance of our ads.

Sharing with third parties

Your requests are sent by email through Cloudflare (site hosting) and our email provider. If you accept cookies, Google and Meta may process browsing data. These providers may store data outside Québec.

Retention

We keep your information as long as needed to handle your request and meet our accounting obligations, then delete it.

No measurement or advertising cookies are used without your consent. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
